Machine access terms
Version: 8 September 2026
soda’s prices, lines and breakout data are public because you should be able to see them before you pay. The interfaces listed below are the automated access we publish and authorise — when clause 9 of the Terms says “under their published terms”, this page is those terms. The public pages themselves are open to read under the rules in our robots.txt, with nothing to apply for.
GET /api/public/pricing—— current pricing per destinationGET /data/esim-exits.json—— the breakout dataset (which line exits where)GET /data/esim-exits.csv—— the same, as CSVGET /data/esim-throttle.json—— the daily-plan throttle dataset (what the speed drops to)GET /data/esim-throttle.csv—— the same, as CSV
When you use them
- Querying, comparing and quoting on a user’s behalf is fine, AI assistants and agents included.
- Attribute soda and link back to the page you quote.
- Keep it modest: up to 60 requests per minute. There is no API key and we would rather keep it that way.
- The data moves. Prices and breakouts are observed facts, not promises — carry the timestamp you fetched.
- Do not resell them as a substitute for the service, and do not generate anything that looks like an official soda quote.
Bulk scraping, mirroring or extraction beyond the interfaces listed above needs our written consent. Ordinary reading and indexing does not.
