By using soda (soda.travel, “we”), you agree to these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date above.
The service
soda provides travel eSIM mobile data with a prepaid wallet. Billing is based on actual usage; when your trip ends, we settle at the lowest total price across all available plan combinations — never more than any combination you could have bought yourself. Coverage and prices per market are as published on this website.
Wallet and refunds
Your balance never expires and carries over to future trips. The wallet is closed-loop and cannot be withdrawn as cash. Within 14 days of a top-up, if that top-up has not been used, you can request a refund to the original card from the wallet page; otherwise the balance stays in your wallet.
Pausing and spending caps
When your balance runs out, or usage reaches a spending cap you set, the connection pauses automatically with no further charges; it resumes after you top up or raise the cap.
Service quality
Connectivity depends on local carrier networks and upstream suppliers and may be affected by coverage, roaming policies, or force majeure. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If the service cannot be provided, unused top-ups are handled under the refund rules above.
Fair use
The service is for personal travel use. Resale, fraud, unlawful use, or network abuse is prohibited; we may suspend or terminate service for violations, with unused balance handled under the refund rules.
Account security
Accounts sign in with an email code or passkey. Keep your device and sign-in methods safe. Money-related operations require re-verification.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you have paid and not yet consumed.
